The Apartment Association of Greater Omaha & Lincoln, Inc. (AAGOL) was founded by a group of property managers and owners in July of 2002. Their vision included an association that would help create and maintain a high level of professionalism in the multi-family rental housing industry. On October 5, 2002 the AAGOL received it’s charter from the National Apartment Association (NAA).
