Those under the "Regular Member" category include those who own, manage or develop multi-family housing properties. "Manage" refers to a fee-based management company. The AAGOL is structured in a way that once an owner, management company or developer is a member all properties and personnel of that owner, management company or developer are members with full membership benefits.
